Who is helga hufflepuff

Hufflepuff Work. Ravenclaw Work. Slytherin Work. Class Project. Class Exam. Helga Hufflepuff and the House of Hufflepuff. They didn't pay them for their work, but neither did any of their owners those that had house-elves and they didn't object, as it's in house-elves' blood to work and help their owner.

She accepted in her house anyone that wanted to study. While the other houses chose their students by characteristics, like bravery and intelligence, and let only those in their houses, she was kind enough to let anyone in her house, even the ones the other houses wouldn't accept.

Later, the other houses tended to make fun out of Hufflepuff, as usually people believed the house to have only the "bad" students that no other house would take, but this was proven wrong with time. Hufflepuff has had quite successful students, such as Cedric Diggory being chosen as a Triwizard Champion, where he did an awesome job. Sadly the event took place in a bad period when You-Know-Who had great power, so Cedric didn't survive to meet his fame.
